01

Commercial strategy, R&D and operations

Turning an innovation into a market opportunity requires alignment between the value proposition, clinical evidence, development priorities and business model. Our work covers positioning, market and target segmentation, pricing strategy, and the alignment of R&D, clinical and regulatory roadmaps with commercial objectives. Implementation then relies on governance and indicators that enable performance, adoption, quality and timelines to be managed.

Key deliverables: market and competitive analysis, segmentation and value proposition, business case and pricing strategy, R&D and clinical roadmap, go-to-market strategy, operating model and performance dashboard.

02

Managing complex, high-value projects

Programmes combining medical technologies, software and artificial intelligence, health data and clinical challenges require rigorous coordination, particularly in multi-site, multi-stakeholder environments. Governance, responsibilities, critical milestones, risks and budgets are structured to secure execution and effectively coordinate internal teams, technology partners, suppliers, contract research organisations (CROs), healthcare institutions, pilot sites and authorities. The objective is to manage the transition from project to large-scale deployment, on time and to the expected quality standards.

Key deliverables: project charter, risk mapping and mitigation plans, detailed schedule and milestones, executive progress reports, large-scale deployment plan.

03

Executive advisory and leadership support

Growth and transformation require clear decisions on strategic priorities, investment, organisational structure and funding pathways. Support for leaders, executive committees and boards of directors helps strengthen the clinical and economic value proposition, align governance and organisation, and translate strategic directions into operational decisions. Particular attention is paid to performance management and change management.

Key deliverables: 18–36-month strategic plan, transformation roadmap, governance and management dashboard, business case and funding pathway, investor materials and value proposition presentation, change management and internal/external communication plan.

04

Regulatory compliance and market access

Regulatory strategy and market access must be integrated from the earliest stages of development rather than treated as constraints at the end of the process. Quality management systems, clinical evaluation, technical documentation, cybersecurity and data protection are aligned with the requirements of target markets. This approach also incorporates reimbursement and health economic value, alongside post-market surveillance, to secure lasting compliance and market access.

Key deliverables: multi-market regulatory strategy, quality management system, technical documentation and clinical evaluation protocols, market access and reimbursement strategy, clinical and health economic evaluation dossiers, post-market surveillance plan and safety and compliance indicators.

05

Organising scientific and strategic events

Conferences, advisory boards, workshops and meetings of decision-makers become genuine drivers of influence and transformation when they address clear objectives: sharing knowledge, bringing expertise into dialogue, building consensus, bringing stakeholders together or accelerating the adoption of an innovation. From programme design to delivery, each event combines scientific governance, engagement of experts and decision-makers, content production, communication and operational excellence, with the ambition of extending its impact beyond the event itself.

Key deliverables: event concept and positioning, programme and scientific governance, speaker selection and coordination, scientific content and materials, communication and dissemination plan, operational management, impact report and post-event roadmap.

Tomorrow’s Healthcare: From Treatment to Prevention, the Urgent Need for a Paradigm Shift

Faced with the surge in chronic diseases and the limitations of the treatment-focused model, the transition towards preventive and personalised medicine is becoming a necessity. Genomics, biomarkers, artificial intelligence and health data are opening new opportunities to anticipate risks and improve healthy longevity. But this transformation requires much more than technological innovation: it calls for a redesign of funding models, progressively prioritising prevention over hospitalisation. An essential paradigm shift to build a more humane, accessible and economically sustainable healthcare system.

AI in French healthcare: the real debate begins with data architecture

The real obstacle to deploying artificial intelligence in healthcare is not technological but structural. Fragmented data, a lack of interoperability and sovereignty concerns still limit its potential. Whether through centralised or distributed architectures, transforming the healthcare system depends first on reliable, secure and accessible data infrastructure. This is a major strategic challenge if AI is to become a genuine driver of innovation, prevention and better care.

Health literacy: the missing link in the transition to a preventive health system

Faced with an ageing population and the rise in chronic diseases, France must accelerate its transition towards preventive, personalised medicine that is accessible to everyone. But this transformation cannot succeed without strengthening health literacy, which is essential to enable every citizen to understand their risks, make informed choices and take action for their health. A major challenge for equity, sustainability and long-term political vision.
