Prevention & Longevity Conference 2027: “Model and Act”, a New Ambition to Transform Healthcare

On February 4–5, 2027, the Maison de la Chimie in Paris will host the third edition of the Prevention & Longevity Conference, organized by H.B.T Group France. With a new motto, “Model and Act”, an expanded scientific program, and several new formats designed to foster dialogue and collaboration, this edition marks another milestone in our ambition: to make a tangible contribution to transforming our healthcare system towards a more preventive, personalized, and sustainable model.

From Reflection to Action: “Model and Act”
Following two successful editions dedicated to advances in preventive medicine and longevity, our conference is entering a new phase. While a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of aging, together with progress in genomics, biotechnology, and artificial intelligence, is opening up remarkable medical opportunities, the real challenge now lies in translating these advances into clinical practice, new care pathways, and healthcare delivery and financing models accessible to as many people as possible.
This is precisely what our new motto, “Model and Act”, stands for.
To model means understanding risks, anticipating diseases, assessing the benefits of innovation, and designing new approaches to healthcare organization and financing. To act means accelerating adoption, transforming medical practices, and making prevention a reality for everyone, across all regions and communities.
Our conviction remains unchanged: tomorrow’s medicine must go beyond treating diseases to preserving health over the long term. Achieving this transformation requires collective commitment from healthcare professionals, researchers, industry leaders, startups, institutions, payers, and policymakers.

Three Major Scientific Themes to Explore the Future of Healthcare
Under the scientific leadership of Dr. Fabrice Denis, the third edition will focus on three major themes at the intersection of clinical advances, technological innovation, and healthcare system transformation.

1. Ultra-Personalized Prevention and Longevity
Advances in genomics, epigenetics, biomarkers, artificial intelligence, and regenerative medicine are paving the way for more predictive and individualized healthcare.
The challenge is no longer simply to identify risk factors, but to develop prevention strategies tailored to each individual's biological, environmental, and behavioral characteristics.
This approach aims to delay the onset of chronic diseases, improve care pathways, and extend healthy life expectancy.

2. Women's Health: Towards More Tailored Prevention
Long underrepresented in medical research and prevention policies, women's health has become a major public health priority.
This theme will explore the prevention of cancers affecting women, cardiometabolic risks, biological and hormonal specificities, and emerging approaches to screening and personalized medicine.
Our ambition is to contribute to more precise, equitable healthcare, better adapted to women's needs throughout their lives.

3. Digital Surgery and Preventive Medicine: Exploring New Frontiers
Surgery is undergoing a profound transformation driven by robotics, advanced imaging, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies.
Beyond improving surgical techniques, these innovations are creating opportunities for earlier, less invasive, and more personalized care by integrating risk prediction, surgical planning, and postoperative monitoring.
This third theme will explore the convergence of precision surgery, digital technologies, and preventive medicine to deliver safer and more effective patient care pathways.

An Expanded Third Edition Featuring New Formats
To support this ambition, the conference is also evolving in its organization and in the opportunities it offers participants.

• A Two-Day Event, February 4–5, 2027
The expanded format will allow for a deeper exploration of the three scientific themes through plenary sessions, keynote presentations, panel discussions, multidisciplinary perspectives, and real-world experience sharing.
It will also provide more opportunities for interaction among the different communities within the healthcare ecosystem.

• A Hybrid Event Combining In-Person and Virtual Participation
The conference will be accessible remotely to encourage national and international participation.
Virtual attendees will be able to follow the main scientific sessions, discover institutional and industry partners through a virtual exhibition hall, and request video meetings with exhibitors.

• An Official Conference Dinner, February 4, from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Hosted in one of the prestigious reception rooms of the Maison de la Chimie, this special evening will bring together scientists, business leaders, institutional decision-makers, and partners.
The program will feature three high-level scientific presentations, including an exceptional keynote address by Professor Jacques Marescaux, the guest of honor of this edition.
The dinner will provide a unique opportunity to extend scientific discussions and foster meaningful connections among those driving healthcare transformation.

• A Startup Competition Dedicated to Innovation
A major new feature of the third edition, this competition will offer special visibility to emerging companies developing innovative solutions in prevention, longevity, women's health, and medical technologies.
A dedicated poster exhibition area will enable participants to discover these innovations, engage directly with their founders and teams, and facilitate connections with industry leaders, investors, and potential partners.

A Platform for Dialogue, Influence, and Cooperation
Beyond its scientific dimension, the Prevention & Longevity Conference aims to strengthen its role as a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and strategic thinking among stakeholders involved in transforming healthcare systems across France, Europe, and Africa.
Guided by its Scientific Committee and Strategic Board, chaired by Ms. Jacqueline Hubert, and supported by its Ambassador, Ms. Laurence Comte-Arassus, the conference seeks to bring together medical, scientific, institutional, and industry communities to accelerate the transition from innovation to real-world adoption.
Scientific and technological advances alone will not be sufficient to transform our healthcare model.
This transformation also requires rethinking healthcare organizations, financing mechanisms, professional skills, and regulatory frameworks, while ensuring that innovation remains ethical, safe, and accessible to all.

Making Prevention a Reality for Everyone
Faced with an aging population, the growing burden of chronic diseases, and increasing pressure on healthcare resources, the transition from treatment-focused to prevention-oriented healthcare is no longer a distant prospect. It has become a public health, economic, and societal necessity.
The third edition of the Prevention & Longevity Conference aims to contribute to this transformation by connecting scientific knowledge, technological solutions, economic models, and the stakeholders capable of putting them into practice.
“Model and Act”: understand to anticipate, innovate to transform, and act to enable everyone to live longer, healthier lives.

Join us on February 4–5, 2027, at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris or online, as we work together to shape the future of healthcare.
